Prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices or correct errors at any time.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are processed via WooCommerce.
Payment options include Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer (BACS).
For Bank Transfer orders, the order will remain “On hold” until payment is received.
We do not store full credit card information; all payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
While we aim to deliver products within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted according to our Refund Policy.
Digital products, gift cards, and items marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds for eligible products will be processed once the product is returned or, in the case of digital products, upon confirmation of non-delivery or errors.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Gonram.co.nz and protected by copyright law.
